County Commandant's Visit

The University's working relationship with the Security Agencies has been very cordial. 

On Wednesday 7th May, 2025, the outgoing Kericho County Administration Police Commandant Mr. Masinde Barasa paid a courtesy call to the University. He was accompanied by the incoming County Commandant Ms. Lilian Obura, Mr. Daniel Morogo - Kericho East Sub-County Administration Police Commandant, Chief Inspector Faith Nderitu, and Inspector Edward Musasia.  

The Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. Eric Koech flanked by Prof. Issa Mwamzandi (who represented the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Planning, Research and Development Prof. Maurice Odour), received the visitors. Also present were Inspector Chadwick Amunze and In-Charge of Corporate Affairs; Mr. Nicholas Langat
