Diploma in Agroforestry
Admission Requirements
i. KCSE C- (Minus); C (Plain) English/Kiswahili, C- (Minus) Maths/Physics, and C- in any 2 Science subjects OR
ii. KCE DIV III: Pass of 8 in Maths/Physics, 8 in any 2 Science subjects, Pass in English/Kiswahili OR
iii. Certificate with at least Credit or their equivalent: Forestry, Agroforestry, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields from recognized institutions; OR
Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Extension
Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Resource Management
Master of Science in Agroforestry
Admission Requirements
(i) The Common regulations for the Master’s degree of University of Kabianga apply.
(ii) First class or Second class upper division in Forestry, Agro forestry, agriculture, Social sciences or biological sciences from recognized University OR
(iii) Second class honours lower division with at least two years relevant working experience. OR
(iv) Fields other than forestry will be required to satisfy pre-requisites to postgraduate courses in Agro forestry.
